The unavowable encounter between the great Emperor Charles V and a Perugian noblewoman gave life to a daughter whose story has been lost to time. She is Princess Thadea, Charles’ secret daughter, who grew up for a period of her life in an isolated convent in the Umbrian hills. Our brut Rosé sparkling wine, produced with Sangiovese grapes using the Martinotti sparkling method pays homage to her. It is characterized by a delicate pink color, a complex bouquet, and a fine perlage.
